Luxury private dining in The Hamptons.
Chef Paul Aceto’s private-chef work extends beyond Miami to the Hamptons, where he cooks for private clients by arrangement. Every menu is written from scratch around your guests, the season and the produce available on the East End that week.
Because Chef Paul travels from Miami, each Hamptons booking is planned well ahead: your dates, travel and team are confirmed with you before the menu is finalised. Summer is the East End’s busiest season, so inquire early for July and August.

Private chef in The Hamptons.
Yes. Chef Paul cooks for private clients in the Hamptons. Share your dates and location and we will confirm availability and travel.
As early as possible. Travel and staffing are arranged around your dates before a booking is confirmed.
Services available by arrangement: Weddings & Celebrations, Private Dining, Brunch Catering, Event & Party Catering. Typical settings: summer residences. Common occasions: dinner parties, celebrations and family lunches. Every booking starts with an inquiry and a custom proposal, and your date is confirmed once the proposal is accepted. Travel is planned for each destination booking.
Send an inquiry through the form, email paul@silverspoonevents.com or call 305-389-3009 with your date, guest count and address in The Hamptons. Chef Paul replies with a custom proposal, typically within 24 hours.
There is no fixed package price, because every menu is written for the occasion. The quote reflects the number of guests; the number of courses and the service style (plated, family-style, stations or passed canapés); the ingredients, from seasonal produce to premium items such as caviar, wagyu or stone crab; the service staff needed; rentals, florals and décor; the location and any travel; and the length and complexity of the event. Share your date, guest count and ideas, and Chef Paul will send a custom proposal with the menu, staffing, rentals and pricing. Destination bookings also include travel for the chef and team, which is set out in the proposal.
